Zongo youth are cautioned by Chief Imam of Diaso, Alhaji Suleiman Abubakar, not to be exploited as a tool for political violence.
As the 2024 election gets closer, the chief Imam of Upper Denkyira West, Diaso, has pleaded with Muslim youth not to take part in any political activity that would damage Islam’s reputation and subject it to mockery.
Instead, he said, they had to continue to be accepting and work to improve the perception of Islam, which has recently been linked to violence.
He blamed education on the recent immoralities in the Zongo Communities
