Ways to follow
1) Cucumber: Using cucumbers for eye whitening will be effective because it has high water content that makes them best for bright healthy eyes. Cucumbers also fade dark under eye circles which may make you look tired and stressed.
Application: To use this, cut thin round slices of the cucumber and put on top of your closed eyelids till they become warm, wash your eyes with clean cold water and you will be good to go if you continue to follow this routine daily.
2) Tea bags: You can make use of used and unused tea bags in so many ways and eye whitening is one. Tea bags will deal with the harmful bacteria in the eye, reduce inflammation which may make eye sclera reddish. Application
For warm compress: Steep two tea bags into hot water, squeeze the liquid from it and wait for it to cool down a little and place on closed eyes. Remove after 10 minutes.
For cold compress: Put two teabags in hot water, squeeze out liquid and refrigerate tea bags. Put on your closed eyes and remove after 10 minutes.
3) Have enough sleep: Sleeping for 8hours everyday may not be only good for your activeness for the day but will also help whiten your eyes as it will ensure that your body is relaxed and that will help restore your natural eyes white colour.
4) Use eye drops: Get an eye drop that suits your eye or will not be harmful to you in any way over the pharmacy counter or a hospital. You will see improvement as they contain elements that is good for the eye.
