Ghana’s music industry is gradually seeing a fusion of secular and gospel arts as more and more gospel artistes seek features with their colleagues who perform in the other genre of music.
There have been instances like gospel singer Lady Prempeh having a collaboration with Ghanaian highlife musician Kuami Eugene and a recent one being the legendary Yaw Sarpong featuring rapper Sarkodie.
Gospel musician, Ernest Opoku who already has a single out with music duo Keche, is also eyeing Sarkodie and in an interview with host Abeiku Aggrey Santana on Okay FM, disclosed he expects the multi-talented award rapper to hop on his next song.
